This app is exclusive to the property and your housemates.
It allows you to leave messages for your housemates especially health and safety issues.
It also contains links to report any repair issues, all house user manuals, and guidance on fire safety, and all house certificate and compliance documentation, e.g. recycling and cleaning rotas.
In addition, you can post an image of anything your housemates need to know about.
Installation of your household app for Apple iOS and Android phone and tablets
Here is the instructions that will help you to have the app available.
Steps to install on your phone/tablet:

Open your usual browser and visit: https://21kiosk.tenantguide.co.uk

Look for the “Install” prompt or tap the three dots (⋮) > “Add to Home screen”.

Follow the prompt to install – it’ll appear as a regular app on your phone.
