Household Fault / Safety Issues

Use this form to log any faults (except for broadband issues – see below) or safety issues that will require action to be taken by us. As per your contract it is your responsibility to report any problems using the following procedure:

  1. Go to your household’s User Manual (see links below) and select the issue you are reporting.
  2. Carry out the procedures shown in the manual in order to minimise any further damage.
  3. Complete the Household Fault/Safety Issue form by clicking the button below.

We will then send the appropriate contractor out within a suitable timeframe.

Do not use this form to contact us about imminent danger to the property (e.g. a serious internal flood) instead text or whatsapp us on 07477 803267.

Danger-to-life Emergencies

For health, safety and fire emergencies phone the emergency services on 999 or 112.

Non-emergency Medical and Police

For non-urgent medical help call the NHS on 111. For non-urgent calls to the police (for example, to report a theft) call 101.

Internal Flooding Only
For internal flooding call Bob on 07598 481196.

If no answer leave message and text then call 07470 365184 and finally 07477 803267.

Housemate Behaviour Issues

Use this form if you have been disturbed by a housemate or other tenant within the property not following the house rules, as detailed in the Tenancy Agreement.

If any violencethreat or intimidation is involved, please call 999 in addition to completing the form below.

We will log the incident and undertake appropriate actions if necessary. You will also be asked whether you are happy for your name to be mentioned to the person causing the issue.

Household Cleanliness/Tidiness Issues
Before reporting housemates being untidy or not cleaning shared spaces, please try to address the issue with your housemates first, as it is each housemate’s responsibility to leave shared spaces clean and tidy. If the same issue keeps taking place please report it to us.

Broadband / Internet

If you experience an issue with internet access, YouFibre offers an app called Eero which you can use to diagnose the fault and find out whether it is in the router or whether it is a local issue they are working on.
It also allows you to reset the router if necessary.
