Inspections

  • Room Inspections are undertaken every 6 months in order to check for safety issues and whether any repairs are becoming necessary. We are obliged to give you no less than 48 hours notice though we usually give 2 weeks’ notice. It is advisable to be present when we inspect your room.
  • Shared Spaces Inspections are undertaken at the same time as room inspections but can also be undertaken at any time as part of our commitment to giving our tenants the level of cleanliness and tidiness that they agreed to when they signed the tenancy contract. We are not obliged to give tenants notice of a shared space inspection.
